Return and Refund Policy

SHIPPING:

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Rates are based on final weight and destination. No international shipping is currently available on this site. If you need international shipping, please contat us for rates.

Most items will ship via the USPS. Once shipped you will receive a tracking #. Please check you spam folder. The USPS now insures packages up to $100.00. If the package is lost there is a 60 day window to file a claim.

RETURNS:

Purses may be returned if they are still unassmebled.

Seals are not returnable. Seals are made to order.

No postage due items will be accepted. Refunds are for product only.

Returns will be accepted within 15 days

DAMAGED ITEMS:

Damaged items need not be returned. We request taking a photograph of the damaged item and sending us the photo for review.

REFUNDS:

Refunds are for product only. Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receipt of the item.
